Rental
Terms
a.
Minimum reservation is for 7 consecutive nights or more.
b. A 10% discount will apply to all reservations over 14 consecutive nights.
c. Payable by personal cheque, money order or certified cheque.
d. 100% of the booking due and payable 45 days prior to start of reservations.
e. 25% deposit required at time of booking.
f. US$20 per person over 4; maximum for reservation 6 persons
g. Rates in US$'s and do not include hotel tax or GST.
h. No pets allowed and no smoking in Treetops.
i. Linens and towels provided.
j. If requested, housekeeping can be provided.
k. Rates subject to change without notice.
l. Please leave my home tidy and neat. Housekeeping included after checkout.
m. Check in after 4 pm on the first day of booking.
n. Check out before 10 am on last day of booking.
